Can I provide my own stone?

At this time, no. Because of our standards for quality and sourcing, stones that are set into Waant designs come from our trusted suppliers.

Can I request a smaller or larger stone than what is offered?

Yes, if you love your Waant design but would like a smaller or larger stone, our design team can help you further customize your piece. Email us at design@waant.com to enquire about pricing.

What if I don't know what ring size to order?

Going into your local jewelry store to get sized is the most accurate way to get a ring size. If you're set on keeping this a secret, bring a ring worn on the same finger to a jewelry store to have it sized on a mandrel. Online ring sizers and paper print outs are incredibly misleading and most often lead to grossly incorrect sizing. If you're still unsure about size, order a sizing kit from us.

What if I need to adjust my ring's size after I receive it?

We offer resizes up or down by half a ring size.

Will my ring look exactly like the CAD rendering?

Because we make all our rings by hand, slight variations can occur as we hand-set your gemstones and hand-finish the rest of the ring.

How do I know I'll love my ring?

We are confident that you'll swoon for your custom design when you first open the box, but in case something needs adjusting, we have our Design Guarantee. If you need to change your ring, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and re-design a new piece. Click HERE for more details on how our Design Guarantee works.

How long do I have to wait for my ring?

Each ring is 3-D printed and cast before being finished by hand. You can expect to wait 4-6 weeks before your ring arrives.

Can I chat with someone before placing my order?
